 We come together to:

Provide a safe and relationally focused space to share and explore the challenges and joys of supporting children and young people in out of home care as well as those who surround them.

Support the application of enhanced practice grounded in the Care Matters community’s wisdom and experience. 

Professional development

The Care Matters community provides ongoing contribution to professional learning and growth.

Impactful change

The Care Matters community members contribute to improving practice to enhance positive outcomes for children and young people.

Collaborative connection 

The Care Matters Community of Practice enables sharing of knowledge, experience, resources and more.

• We connect on the 4th Wednesday of each month from February to November.
• The Care Matters community is capped at 40 members.
• Sessions are recorded and only available to registered members.
• Care Matters community resources are provided for registered members.
