There is no cost for cancellation or rescheduling with more than 2 business days notice before your appointment.
Changes requested with less than 2 business days' notice before your appointment time incur a cost of 50% of the booked time.
Changes requested with less than 1 business day's notice before your appointment time will be charged for the full appointment.
AT My Place Counselling and Psychotherapy recognises that there may be occasions when exceptional circumstances occur. In the event of an exceptional circumstance and in consultation with us, cancellation fees may be waived.
